The characters are well done by the narrator and makes you wish for a sequel. The story was good even if predictable, it was sexy but not sleazy and the story line was seamless.

I really like this historical romance book. I wouldn't say it moved me but one of my favorite parts was their reaction to their first kiss. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? While I do use books to go to sleep it's the good narrators that allow that and plus when it's a good narrator I go back to the last thing I remembered while if the narrators voice was irritating and boring I immediately skip to the last chapter and hope that I can return the book. She wasn't boring and her voice fluctuated at the right moments. What does Christine Rendel bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
